Interview Hunter – Job Application Service Agreement

This Job Application Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between “Applicant,” and Neutron Mobile Inc, the AIPin-Interview Hunter service provider, hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider,” as of the date of registration submission.

1. Services Provided

The Service Provider agrees to provide job application services to the Applicant, including but not limited to:

• Application email account setup
• Resume Review and advising
• Job searching and screening
• Resume matching with job description
• Online Application (minimum 200 applications per month)

2. Fees

The Applicant agrees to pay the Service Provider the agreed-upon fees for the services rendered, including:

• Setup Fee: $200 (one-time fee, non-refundable)
• Monthly Fee: $399 ($349 per month if choose 2-month payment plan)

(Monthly fee will be non-refundable after starting the service)

3. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any personal or sensitive information shared during the course of this Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, personal contact information, employment history, and financial details.

4. Termination

Applicant may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to Service Provider.

5. Electronic Signature

The parties agree that this Agreement may be executed electronically by submitting the payment and that electronic payment shall have the same legal force and effect as traditional signatures. The parties acknowledge and agree that electronic payment shall be binding on them and enforceable in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
